Breathing is a great way to calm the nerves and feel centred. If you're speaking another language that's not your mother tongue, and if you're feeling nervous about speaking in front of others, and hoping to just rush through it, you might end up creating more challenges. The good news is that there are many ways to get through these kinds of situations.
